As advertised - Need to proof instructions - 09/24/2008
Review for: Rear 1-1/8 inch 4140 Chrome Moly Steel Anti-Sway Bar
The Sway Bar performs exactly as advertised. Handling is firmer and more precise. Ride suffers a little but worth it. Lost a little time on the install due to faulty instructions but not difficult. Glad I bought it. |

Awesome item. - 09/22/2008
Review for: Front 1-1/4 inch Diameter Sway Bar
Comes with good directions and all included bushings/bolts/nuts. As easy as unbolting factory sway bar and bolting this one on. Not really a problem, but something to be aware of, my truck is lowered with spindles 2, and has a 20x8.5 rim and it rubs the sway bar just barely on full steering lock. |

Awesome Product - 09/22/2008
Review for: Rear 1 inch Diameter Sway Bar

Great instructions, and good looking bar. Looks real nice under rear of truck. I did not have a factory sway bar, so made a huge difference. Only thing I had to do was for some reason I did not have a hole on the driver side for the end link, so had to drill. I guess mine was made on a friday. Highly recommended! |

Flat in turns - 08/21/2008
Review for: Gm C/K 1500 Rsb Adjustable
I installed this rear sway bar after installing the front unit. I had aftermarket dual exhaust and needed to have it moved ahead of the rear end for clearance for the swaybar between the rear end and spare tire. Overall I love the swaybar, it stays much flatter in tight turns now. My recomendation would be to install it in the middle position, then before driving for first time move back to Softest position. I installed with it in the softest position and now when I want to change to the firmest position its alignment is way off and I need to rotate my U-Bolts on the Axle for proper aligment. If had installed in middle position, both Softest and Firmest would be equally un-alligned, but still drivable. Ride is a little stiffer, but thats expected with a fatter sway bar. |

Much better than stock! - 08/21/2008
Review for: 1500 Tahoe, Yukon, Sub, Fbs
Installed in about 15 minutes, super easy. Much flatter in turns than stock, and in combo with the rear kit I just cant stop smiling in tight turns. Ride is a little stiffer, and I feel more bumps in the road, but thats expected with fatter sway bars. I installed it about a week before I installed the rear kit and noticed a big differance between it and the stock sway bar. But I could feel the back of the truck wanting to lean in turns, until I installed the rear sway bar. 2007 Silverado Reg. Cab SB. |

Tame the Dawg - 08/13/2008
Review for: Front 1 inch Diameter Sway Bar
I had history with Belltech as I had earlier purchased a rear sway bar for my 1992 Mazda B2200.Recently I bought the front sway bar for the same truck.Product is a snap to install (took about 15 minutes),appears to be a solid ,sturdy piece, and made an immediate difference in front end control--especially needed as I am running 16 inch wheels and directional tires.I would highly recommend both the front and rear Belltech bars if u want to tame your Dawg. Every GMC/Chevy truck needs this replaced. - 07/12/2008
Review for: Front Anti-Sway Bar Kit: 1-1/4 inch Diameter Bar
At first glance I thought both anti-sway bars appeared the same size. I definitly was able to tell the difference when I removed the original. The original product is light and hollow. This product is solid. The diffrence is remarcable in the drive feel and responce. Shame on GM for installing second rate parts. If safety, comfort and steering responce are important qualities to you, then you should get this product along quality shocks for your truck. |

Must do Upgrade!!! - 07/11/2008
Review for: Rear Anti-Sway Bar Kit: 1 inch Diameter Bar
Any one who owns a 99-04 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WJ) should upgrade their rear sway bar. If you take one look at the stock 1/2 or 9/16 anti-sway bar, it looks like you can bend it with your foot! Very easy install; remove the old one from your end links and axle, grease your bushings, bolt the new one up, test drive and enjoy!! Jeep handles much better and safe. I installed both front and rear to get the most out of it. Once again, great product and great service from performancecenter.com |

Great Product / Optional Upgrade.... - 07/11/2008
Review for: Front Anti-Sway Bar Kit: 1-1/4 inch Diameter Bar
Any one who owns a 99-04 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WJ) should upgrade their rear sway bar and front to match the rear. If you take one look at the stock 1/2 or 9/16 rear anti-sway bar, it looks like you can bend it with your foot! Very easy install; remove the old one from your end links and axle, grease your bushings, bolt the new one up, test drive and enjoy!! Jeep handles much better and safer. I installed both front and rear to get the most out of it. You will notice the biggest difference in the rear. The front one does not come with longer bolts for your front end links. With the larger sway bar, the stock bolts are a little short. They can work but another 1/4 is needed to get the crush nut to properly lock. Once again, great product and great service from performancecenter.com |
