Bed Rails & Tailgate

Expect to have this installed in 2 minutes with the adhesive tape already in place. The downside is some movement in the wind if they after a couple of years. I used three self tapping metal screws and its rock solid. Expect to get 3-5 years out of this product if you set lumber on top of it and other heavy loads. Not bad for the price.

The tail gate protector went on very easy. It covered the tail gate exactly where all my scratches are so I know it covers enough.

This tailgate cap finished off the tailgate and covered rub marks in the paint from where the previous owners topper rear window had rubbed. Good product for the money, easy install.

When I recieved the product there were no scratches or defects. They fit on my 2002 ford ranger perfect, they look great and come down the side of my truck far enough to cover up the scraches created by the stock bed caps. They seem to be a very durable material and have a great finish. They could probably use another strip of 3M tape along the bottom edge to keep the dust and mud out. Overall they were better than I ever expected!

Fits very well, but adhiesive is very strong, so you only get one chance to place it on the tailgate. Testfit it out without the adhiesive strips exposed to know where to position it. Great product, has already saved my paint, and looks good with my herculiner.

The installation was simple, just peel off the vinyl strips from the 3M tape and then attach to the truck. It makes my Ranger look very smooth and adds a rugged appeal. The pieces are strong enough to withstand abuse and they come black, which matches the window trim of the ranger perfectly.
