Hays Street/Strip Clutch Kit

This performance clutch disc is engineered specifically for high horsepower street vehicles in addition to occasional dragstrip use. Manufactured with premium quality, high burst strength woven lining to withstand heat and higher engine RPM, and riveted to a Marcel backing and heavy-duty sprung hub assembly to allow smooth engagement and steady torque transfer without chatter.

The Three Finger Borg & Beck style pressure plate is the most popular dual purpose clutch in the Hays line. These pressure plates feature a 3-roller assist for applications that are more severe than normal street driving, and are recommended for use in shifting up to 7,000 RPM. Assembled with 12 premium quality silicone springs, heavy-duty eye bolts, ductile iron pressure ring, and heavy-duty cover to provide all the necessary strength needed for high performance street or strip applications.
