Review for: 409 Stainless Steel Header

The headers are an work of art, they fit well and bolt it right up,the opnly problem I had was my truck,it was hard taking out the old unit and bolts, one side took three times longer than the other side,I replaced all gaskets and bolts when I installed the new headers,I now have the headers, exhaust, air intake, and throttle body spacer,it runs like a bat out of hell,gitty-up. |

Great Service/Excellent Product - 09/07/2008
Review for: 409 Stainless Steel Header
I received my JBA Headers in a few days and they are great. I replaced a worn out set of Hedman Headers, that only lasted a few years. I would never buy Hedman Headers again!! The JBA Headers are stainless steel so they will last. Good service, good quality and I saved a lot of cash. Whats not to like? Performance Center earned a new customer. |

Good quality construction. - 08/27/2008
Review for: 409 Stainless Steel Header
The header is constructed of good material and is well made. It is fairly easy to install since it is a mini header design. Consider buying new spark plug cables with 45 degree angle spark plug boots. Straight spark plug boots might rub against the header pipes. Also, you might not gain much power unless you have a cat-back performance exhaust system. The stock Ford exhaust is only 2 1/4 inch diameter behind the catalytic muffler. A 3 inch exhaust system coming out of the catalytic muffler is much better. You should also see at least 1 MPG better fuel economy. |

Missing Fastners - 08/12/2008
Review for: Titanium Ceramic Coated Stainless Steel Header
This product is great but when I first got it and checked the parts list, I discovered the bold kit was missing. I called JBA (as the original JBA tape had not been opened) and they were more than happy to send me a bolt kit.
Not the best initial experience, but great customer service. 1 call 1 fix problem resolution and the product works great. |

POWER - 08/12/2008
Review for: Headers For 05-08 Mustang V6
All I can say is this. Before I put on these headers I installed a Flowmaster dual exhaust and a Airaid cold air intake,Which improved hp and torque alot but I still couldnt just spin my tires when i wanted with the traction control on..But now that Ive installed these new headers it doesnt matter whenever however traction control on or off,it wants to spin the tires all the time.Takeoff slow take off fast doesnt matter she wants to spin the tires..i havent dynoed it yet but the increase in hp and sound is well worth the money i paid.Cant wait till this winter..lol |
