Quick shipping, great product.

Excellent product. Performance Center said it was in stock, but then it took about 10 days and some follow up emails giving me new shipping dates before it finally did ship. The product is good, but you cant necessarily depend on the promised shipping date. I think this problem is with Putnam, not Performance Center, but be advised.

Shipping was fast, product arrived with slight bend in mounting point but was fixed with a big hammer. Install was straight forward.

Bought the Draw-Tite hitch #75082 and the ball mount from Performance Center. The hitch was easy to install it bolted right on the truck with no drilling and fits excellent. Performance Center ordered and shipped the items very fast and were very good with product knowledge and shipping. A great experience overall and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Draw-Tite has a great product and together with Performance Centers knowledge and helpful attitude and professional sales people it was a nice buying experience!!

T ordered this hitch and it was shipped the next day right from the mfg. I expected it in two weeks because I selected Ground Shipping, but it was here in less than a week and was delevered on Saturday as they estimated.

This is a great product and with a great price and fit perfect. The factory hitch is a light weight hitch.

Received product promptly, but the package was really banged up. Fortunately none of the hardware was missing since there was large holes throughout the box. Installation was fairly easy since the two rear bolt holes were already in the frame. I would give it a 5 star rating due to the price, which was the best of all hitches. I wish the holes for the safety chains were a little bit bigger since the chain hook will not quite fit through and I will have to cut it a little.

Excellent quality product at the best price. Almost bolt in installation (had to drill a couple of holes). Overall very satisfied!

The hitch receiver for my Dodge Ram was a perfect fit. The installation could not have been any easier. Only flaw, the factory did not include one nut in the parts package, but that was easy enough to get the hardware store.

I purchased this hitch and it arrived exactly three days later. I was impressed and suprised at the speed of delivery. I installed it the next evening and it lined up perfectly. Its a hefty piece of steel, nearly 50 lbs., but despite its size and weight, its barely noticeable under my bumper. The crossbar is tucked completely behind the bumper so you cant see it at all. The only thing visible is the receiver and the safety chain tabs. The welds were good and the finish was smooth and even.

I put the hitch to work that next weekend, hauling a trailer loaded with construction materials around town and it worked great. I would definetly buy a putnam hitch again.

The hitch is a great hitch, and I installed the hitch in 15 minutes. I must note that upon receiving the hitch, and opening the box, it had several scratches from sliding around inside the large box. Putnam needs better packing! After installing the hitch, and trying to put the spare tire back up in place, the tire would not fit. I have a PML differential cover, and the stock spare tire will not fit with an aftermarket differential cover! Other than that, the hitch fits great, and tucks up under the bumper nicely. Great customer service on the phone when ordering!!!
