Hypertech's Max Energy E-CON Power Programmer extracts every bit of energy possible out of every molecule of fuel to give you what you want - more miles per gallon at partial throttle and more power at wide open throttle with no premium fuel required!

Hypertech's HyperPAC Performance Automotive Computer is not just a tuner, but so much more! The HyperPAC not only tunes your engine, it can also be set into "Drag Strip" mode, measuring performance, a diagnostic mode, to find out what is tripping the check engine light, change the speedometer to compensate for wheel/tire/rear gear ratio changes.

Max Energy, from Hypertech is designed to extract every last bit of energy from every fuel molecule.
Max Energy moreover, increases power, make adjustmsnents to the transmission and shift points, raises the rev and speed limiter, makes adjustments for the new tire and wheel and gear changes, reads and clears diagnostic codes, and allows you to set when the cooling fan turns on and off.
Plus any updates or changes that need to be applied to the Max Energy tuner is as simple as plugging it into your computer, it is all updatable via Hypertech's website.

The Hypertech Power Programmer III is an esy-to-use, yet powerful tuner, that also reads and clears diagnostic codes, and compensates for wheel/tire/gear ratio changes.
The Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator adjusts your speedometer and odometer to read correctly, a necessity when you've added taller tires or changed your gear ratio. The Calibrator also reads and clears diagnostic codes.

By changing to a Hypertech thermostat, you lower the temperature of the engine, increasing the air density and thus increasing power. Moreover, by running cooler, you reduce the chances of pinging, or detonation, a sure way to destroy your engine.

1993 Chevy Caprice 305 t.b.i - 09/26/2008
Review for: ThermoMaster Power Chip
This product is Great!!, very satisfied. You will notice powerfull results right off the bat when intalling this chip. Instalation is a breeze. The chip performs in all throttle ranges, not just full throttle. The best part is the quick and crisp throttle response that you get with this chip!! Your engine wont feel like its out of breath anymore!, your fuel milage and idle quality is increased noticibly! Especialy in the mildly built 305 tbi. Also the price at Performance Center is the lowest and best price out on the market! Thank you so much! |

Review for: HyperPAC Performance Automotive Computer
I installed to HyperPac in a 2004 Chevy Silverodo with a 4.3L. Fisrt thing I noticed is that pressing the gas pedal only about 3/4 of the way down now accelerates like it did before the intall pressing it to the floor. That alone satisfied me. The install took me about 10-15 mins, only because I ran the cord behind the dash. Theres only one thing that i do not like about the HyperPac, and that is that you only have set guage setups on it. You can not select what guages you want to veiw and which ones do not apply to you. I like that you can change the style in which to veiw the gauges, you should just be able to choose what guages you see as well. |

Hypertech chip for 1990 Ford 2.9L V-6 - 07/04/2008
Review for: Power Tuning Module
I have a 1991 Ford Ranger with a 2.9L V-6. Hypertech is not listed for this vehicle, but they are listed for a 1990 Ford Ranger with a 2.9L V-6. That works for me. Installation was almost a snap. Disconnect the Negative battery cable. Remove the passenger side kick panel. (Undo a single screw and yank it out.) slide the computer out of its plastic holder and clip the module onto the service port. Dont depend on the built in aluminum clamps to secure the unit. I stripped the threads right off. Just duct tape the module to the computer or at least dont do anything that will be hard to undo; youll want to remove the chip every time you send your vehicle in for service. Now, here is why this module is not listed for my vehicle. The Computer will not fit back into its plastic mount. A pair of aviation shears clipped away the offending plastic mount. Now the computer slides back into its place. If you really want to secure the computer, the hypertech module comes with a piece of metal that can be screwed down on to the computer to hold it in place. I just let the plastic side panel hold it is place. Now, there is a noticeable improvement in idle and throttle response which is good for me and I was already using premium fuel to keep the engine from pinging anyhow. Way to go Hypertech |

Easy to use - 06/29/2008
Review for: Max Energy Computer Tuner
It is easy to use, adjustments can be done in about 20 min, change the tire size which worked perfect, having two sets of wheels makes it easy. Power increase is outstanding, coupled with the JBA and K&N a perfect match. |

Review for: 160° Thermostat

I works well with all my HP mods on my 97 K1500 to keep the 5.7 cool. You put all that money into the motor, might as well keep it runnig cool with one of these. |

does what it says - 06/05/2008
Review for: Max Energy Computer Tuner
I watched the enclosed cd operating and instalation manuel start to finish in no time. Next I plugged in the unit and in minutes it was done. Couldnt have been more simple.
I noticed immediate power increase at particular RPM levels, especially around 3200 rpms.
Gas mileage? Ive only done one proper test so far. I pulled my jetski on a trip I take twice a month between Chattanooga and Nashville (over the mountain). WITHOUT the ski I used to get 14.3 mpg. WITH the ski I got 15.96 mpg. I appreciated the features that allow you to recalibrate your odometer and speedometer as well as alter your shift points on the auto transmission.
This does what it says on the box. I figure it will have paid for itself in about three oil change cycles due to mpg increase and having the extra punch is a nice feeling with this mid-power 4.6 Ford Triton engine in the F-150. |

Max Energy Computer Tuner - 05/16/2008
Review for: Max Energy Computer Tuner
This product works very well. I do have more torque and horsepower as stated when I purchased the tuner. When climbing inclines or passing slower vehicles I can feel a great difference at the gas pedal. I would have given this product five stars if my gas milage actually increased as I have read on several ads. While I did not lose gas milage, I get tired of reading GETS BETTER GAS MILAGE as with two other products I also installed. Overall I am completly happy with this purchase. |
