K&N 57-9006 FIPK Cold Air Intake Fuel Injection Perfomance Kit

The K&N did exactly as I expected and I am very pleased with it.

I really like the product... I put the K&N intake kit on a 1990 toyota 4x4 with 3.0 v-6.... I think it helped give better throttle response... I haven't checked the gas mileage yet but heard it improved it some...

recvieved order as requested.installed well.very satisfied but discouraged about shipping to hawaii.seems like shipping went up right after thanksgiving day.oh well i guess thats the price you pay for living in paradise!!!

The FIPK k&n fuel injection air intake I purchased for my 93 toyota 4x4 pickup was an ok air intake. The installation says about 20-30 min to install. It took me and my dad around 4 hrs to install with normal around the house hand tools. With me and my dad not being mechanics we know more about an engine than average. Some of the nuts and bolts were hard to tighten because we didnt have any metric tools so we improvised and use the wrench and screw driver. The installation brackets, well at least one was not a perfect fit so we had to bend it a bit so it could be installed. After the installation, when driving it i could feel a better throttle response and increased acceleration, when you punch the gas or drive it at high rpms you can hear the intake roar its awesome. Well as far as MPG i cannot tell you because we have just installed it. But all in all i believe that air intakes help the engine run smoother and more effiecient, its worth the money and im sure that it will give you an increase in MPG -matt

I'm hear to say one thing. My K/N air injection system featured on the Downey page is a joke. And does not add no ten horses to your truck, because I know I got one. It will give you about five to seven more miles to the gallon but thats is all. So if you're looking for gas millage and not horse power it's the way to go. Thank you for time, Robbie Amick.
