I bought this intake for better gas mileage. It gave it a little more pep and it sounds a little tougher but the mileage didnt change AT ALL! I have K&N products on both my trucks, my Harley, my quads and every previous vehicle ive owned and they have always showed improvement in power AND mileage. I get lousy mileage on my 2004 Scion Xb so this was strictly to help in that area. I do know how to drive properly for best mileage numbers and I do know to keep my foot out of it and not play with the new found power but no change in mileage. I have an automatic transmission and everything is stock except for the intake. The power gains were not enough to make the $180 purchase price and one hour of installation time worth the investment.

This product installed quickly. The instructions were accurate. There is a noticeable difference in performance especially at highway speed.
