The big letdown

I bought this cover less than a year ago and have been VERY unimpressed with it. The installation is harder than they say, and the spring that retracts the cover fails very easily. So now I have to roll the cover back by hand. There is no warranty on the cover, so when somthing goes wrong there is nothing you can do about it. That alone is proof that they won't stand behind their own product. Also the powder coat that is supposed to "out last your truck" bubbled and peeled off in about a month. This cover is pathetic to say the least.
