Tech Notes
Carbureted Models: There are two different versions of carbureted 454 motorhomes, single air pump and dual air pump. To determine which configuration your vehicle is, look at the exhaust manifolds. Single air pump models will have cast iron manifolds and the air injection tubes will be approximately 0.3125-inches in diameter where they join the manifold. Dual air pump models will have stainless steel manifolds with a bellows in the center portion of the manifold and the air injection tubes will be approximately 0.625-inches in diameter where they join the manifolds.

Wheelbase: Exhaust extension kit required for wheelbases longer than 178-inches. Wheelbases shorter than 158-inches will require some custom installation. To determine wheelbase length, measure from the center front wheel to the center drive wheel.
