Direct replacement of the stock exhaust manifolds, header bolts up to the existing stock Y-Pipe/Crossover pipe. Welding Is Required For This Kit. Takes between 3 And 6 hours depending on application. Only simple hand tools required All hardware, gaskets, and instructions included.

Description
These Shorty Headers are designed to scavenge the exhaust gas and reduce the restriction typical of the stock cast iron exhaust manifolds. By using the patented Firecone� collector JBA is able to create as much horsepower and torque as any of the longer tube headers up to around 5500 engine RPM's! While at the same time providing maximum clearance for lifted or lowered applications. JBA Headers fit both 2 and 4 wheel drive vehicles. High-Flow replacement Y-Pipes are also available for some applications.

JBA does make good headers but this one need welding and the way it was made took the exhaust shop more than a day to install and still gets leaks ... and to be honest the horse power gain does not seems to be worth it. I like the way it sounds though :)

I HAD THESE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED, AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE. THE INCREASE IN H.P AND TORQUE IS WELL NOTICED. AT MID AND HIGH RANGE RPMS IT REALLY KICKS IN. EVEN WHEN DRIVING SLOW THE FLOW OF THE EXHAUST IS SMOOTH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU HAVE THEM PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED BECAUSE EVEN THE INSTALLERS HAVE A HARD TIME PUTTING THEM IN. IT TAKES LONGER THAN 6HRS. BUT THE END RESULT IS AWESOME!! A MUST FOR UPGRADES!!
