Description
These Shorty Headers are designed to scavenge the exhaust gas and reduce the restriction typical of the stock cast iron exhaust manifolds. By using the patented Firecone� collector JBA is able to create as much horsepower and torque as any of the longer tube headers up to around 5500 engine RPM's! While at the same time providing maximum clearance for lifted or lowered applications. JBA Headers fit both 2 and 4 wheel drive vehicles. High-Flow replacement Y-Pipes are also available for some applications.

I INSTALLED THE JBA HEADERS AND THE CAT BACK EXHAUST ON THE TRUCK, ALONG W/A AIRAID CAI AND TBS.THERE IS A NOTICEABLE DIFFERANCE IN BOTH THROTTLE RESPONCE AND TOURQE. NICE DEEP POWERFUL SOUND AT IDLE,NOT RICEY SOUNDING WHEN ON THE THROTTLE. GAS MILEAGE HAS IMPROVED,AS LONG AS I KEEP THE RIGHT FOOT LIGHT.IT TOOK ME 7HRS TO INSTALL THE HEADERS AND 30MIN ON THE EXHAUST FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY JBA.NOTE YOU DONT HAVE TO RAISE THE ENGINE TO PUT ON THE HEADERS,YOU WILL WANT TO REMOVE BOTH FRONT TIRES & INNER FINDER WELLS.

I just finished installing JBA headers,on my 2005 Xterra. This is the second set of headers by this company I have had,I cant speek highly enough of the fit finish and ease of installation. Both times I have been completely satisfied.
