Direct replacement of the stock exhaust manifolds. Header bolts up to the existing stock Y-Pipe/Crossover Pipe. No cutting or welding required Takes between 3 and 6 hours depending on application. Only simple hand tools required. All hardware, gaskets, and instructions included.

i install a gb 100 on my suburban 1994 5.7L in 2004
is a goog product exept this producut have no seal to connect to original exhaust and cause leaking between headers and original exhaust for this reson i chage for the exhaust manifold in 2008.

They were a pain to install, cant get to all the bolts to properly TQ them. They blued 3 days after I got them on. YOU CAN NOT GET TO THE 8TH SPARK PLUG to change it out. So you have to REMOVE that header.(that alone is what makes these headers not worth getting). Also VERY little to no power gain, and the gaskets that come with the headers dont seal worth a darn.
