This was a good addition to the project. It really kicks in like a mini turbo though. Starts to fly when the rpms get around 2600. Pulls solid until the the truck shifts and then pulls again. If you want passing power get this product but make sure you get a cold air intake kit first.

The MAF is an easy upgrade and worked well with my Volant CAI. I noticed some power gain and smooth unhesitant operation at all RPM ranges and upshifts. This upgrade compliments my other add on components which include a catback exhaust, shorty headers and the CAI. Putting a custom engine tune on the motor is highly recommended to get the most out of the upgrades and prevent the motor from running lean. The 5.4L motor reaches the rev limiter now a little too easily, so I may have to bump up the limiter a few hundred RPM. This product is definitely a must with all the other bolt on upgrades. The quality of manufacturing in this product is excellent, I am glad I purchased it and the service from Truck Performance was great as usual.

Easy, clean, and straight forward install. Good throaty sound. Great power boost. MPG?????? Combined with K&N Gen II. Cant keep my foot off the floor. Power up the passes in the mountains was great while pulling 25 travel trailer.

This product works great! I installed it on a 2005 chevy silverado 5.3l. It breathes better and has more power.
