The Single Stage High Speed Retard is an adjustable ignition timing retard control. The adjustment knob provides the full adjustment range of 0� -15�. Therefore, special resistors (retard modules) are not required and has a protection lock which prevents vibration from changing the setting. The Single Stage High Speed Retard is designed to be added to any aftermarket inductive storage or capacitive discharge ignition control equipped with a point or electronic ignition amplifier trigger. For up to three additional stages of retard choose the Multi Stage version.
