Airaid Intake Systems, Airaid Filters, and other Airaid Parts

It is amazing when I install the spacer, it realy works, as if somebody pushing the back of your car when you accelerate. For me I will say its the best product.

This product is great, I have gained a little bit of low end torque, the kit fit together really well and compared to other intakes i have installed this one is quiet but when you nail throttle you can feel the difference!

I installed the Airaid Direct Replacement air filter on my 1997 Toyota 4runner about a month ago. I experienced great improvement on the acceleration, especially on the bottom end. I also noticed freeway speeds are achieved with less throttle effort. What I didn’t experience was an increase nor decrease in mpg, which was one of the reasons for purchasing it. But for what it’s worth, I enjoy driving my 4runner a lot more now with its new power gain! I would definetly recommend this product!!

Installs in about 10 minutes, I also have an airaid cold air intake and they work great together. Throttle response is better and torque in the mid range is excellent. There is a slight whistle at certain RPMs but not an ear sore. Have not checked MPGs but I am expecting a boost.

Upon review of several air intakes the AIRAID system was the best I could find in regards to installation. Perfect fit with no cutting or fabrication. Also, the air horn is extra large. What I liked best is the additional layer of filtration material in the design of the AIRAID filter compared to other brands. I believe the unit will not only flow great but will also trap the fine dust and dirt, keeping my engine and oil cleaner for a longer period of time. And best of all.... Spacer was very easy to install. Took about twenty minutes with simple tools. No problems with cable length or Throttle body operstion. Had to reset the idle screw. Noticed an improvement in Throttle responce and am getting a little better MPG. I have a 1998 F150 5.4 Triton. K&N cold air intake. Gibson headers and Borla cat back system with high flow cats. Truck has 190,000 miles and has never run better.
