Eibach Pro-Dampers

I purchased a 2002 Mustang GT (very good shape, not worn out) and it had Eibach lowering springs already installed. It made the car look good, however, every time I encountered a relatively small bump (like a manhole cover in the street that was just above the level of the street) I would get a resounding -BAM!- underneath the car. Man, it sounded like someone was underneath there hitting the frame with a 9 lb sledge. It also did poorly with the very small rise into my driveway and also bottomed out on those black patches you see coming up in the lane ahead of you denoting a small dip in the road. This was exacerbated with someone in the passenger seat. I contacted Eibach and they assured me that replacement of the GTs stock shocks and struts with ProDamper kit would solve the problem. I was skeptical but guess what. . . it worked. These shocks and struts are awesome with the Eibach springs. The car handles like a racer and the ride has improved dramatically. No more bottoming out, no more BAM. By the way the Performance Centers service was excellent. These kits were back ordered at the time of my order, but PC kept me updated weekly via e-mail and shipped ASAP when they were available. Best price, great service ... what more could I ask for ? Well maybe a gorgeous blonde with bodacious ta-tas. . . . By the way, you can install these yourself, but have an impact tool nearby for the front spindle bolts, they torque around 150.
