Worked like a charm
I installed this on my 2003 Chevy Suburban 2500 after I put larger tires on it. I went from size LT245R75 to LT265R75, a height difference of about 1 inch. The instructions were clear and the installation took about 1 hour, including dressing the wires. Its a 4-wire hookup. It is simple to adjust using a small screwdriver. I checked the accuracy with a handheld GPS unit and it is within 1 MPH. This is an easy, quick fix when changing your tire size or gear ratio.
It JUST works!
After changing my rearend gears, I found that my shift points were off, the engine seemed detuned and I had ABS problems (ABS, Brake and T/C lights coming on). I tried the Superchips programmer and the Hypertech programmer with no success. The Hypertech speedometer cal correction device only solved the speedometer problem. I just installed the Jet Accu Speed and all of my troubles went away. My vehicle is a joy to drive. Jet, got it right!
