I recently installed this chip on my 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 PU and I should have done this sooner. I had the engine rebuilt at 250,000 miles and a 7 lift put on it with 33 tires. Ive also had Air raid cold air intake, flow master cat back system, and gibson headers installed. The truck ran good but with the bigger tires never had the umph I wanted so I regeared the rear end now running 4.10 rear end with a little better off the line power but nothing much and my MPG went from around 15-16MPG all stock to around 11-12 MPG post lift and larger tires. Since the chip install I am currently on track to get 14-16MPG and I have no problem getting on the FWY or passing anymore. The biggest problem is keeping my foot off the gas as its a kick and a half to drive now. I can darn near smoke the 33 tires.
