2.5" to 2" "stainless" flexpipe/reducer

This is a 1 piece 2.5inch collector into a flexpipe which is then reduced to 2inch. The item description states that it is stainless steel when the only part that is stainless is the flex joint. The rest appears to be aluminized steel. For the price I was expecting it to be 100% stainless. Besides this indescrepency it is not a bad piece, just not as nice as I thought it would be.
