Installed in less than 30 minutes with the Volant CAI. I noticed an immediate gain in response. I have not had it DYNOd, so I dont know the exact HP gains, but it is noticeable.
I dont know about fuel gains yet, but the guage doesnt seem to be going down as fast. Highly recommended.

Yukon Denali 2005-v8 6liter with AWD.
43K miles. Before Volant 12.5 city and 15 hwy.
After Volant 14.7 city and 17 hwy
The combo of the Volant box and Scoop is excellent, the noise is strong but respectable for my type of vehicle.
Now when I want to push th epedal down, I have to look ahead of me becasue of the excellent response to my pushng the pedal down.
I would recommend it to any Yukon owner without question.

I used it on my 2003 Sierra 5.3 Litre with my Volant C.A.I. Very functionl piece without all the redneck 4-barrel noise. Noticable hp gains at highway speeds.

i got this put on with the volant air intake it took a min the get the ram air scoop hooked up but it is worth it.

I did alot of research before buying these (scoop and CAI)products because there is lots of snake oil products on the market. I wanted to be sure it worked before plunking down 378.00. To my surprise it worked as claimed. I am getting about 1-2 MPG better across the board so far. I have yet to drive a full tank all highway so it might do better yet. I just wish Volant would have responded to my email for the right CAI. My truck is an odd ball. I have the Vortec Max package, same motor as the SS but the truck is not an SS. I ended up having to use duct tape to get by right now. I had read in the reviews that Volants customer service was terrible. Bottom line is this thing works.

This is a great addition for the Volant Air intake kit. This gave me more cool air and better performance. Invest a little more for that Volant Air Intake kit and notice the power you will get. You will not regret in purchasing this Ram Air Scoop

This is a great addition to the Volant cold air intake. It was very easy to install. I could definitely feel a difference in performance while accelerating. I would recommend this to anyone.

The scoop made a noise reduction difference. At first, all I purchased was the air box and was a little dissapointed with the results. After installing the scoop portion of the system, noise was reduced, performance and gas mileage was noticeably increased. I am very satisfied with the results of the "complete" system.
