This larger version of Flowmaster's 50 Series muffler is specially designed for trucks and SUV's, and can also be installed on cars with large displacement engines. This version of the 50 Series muffler features a special tuning chamber for reduced interior resonance and a larger 5inch by 10inch case for improved sound control and optimum exhaust flow.

I have this on my 2000 tahoe limited 2 wheels drive and got an extra 25 rear wheel horse from this and love it. i have the corvette engine with a k&n fipk kit and over sized injectors and 373 rear end gear, and roller rocker arms. and a few good program tricks to the computer and am getting a 14.8 in the quater with my flowmaster.

I have a 2 Door Tahoe with a 350 and tried 2 Borla mufflers to begin with to try and find a good sound. However, they sounded like they lacked the volume and had a raspy sound with the exhaust setup, so I switched to this dual inlet single outlet and it makes a much better and throatier sound.
