Installation
Mount the pump (motor side up) close to the fuel tank but below the fuel level so as to realize a good gravity feed to the pump inlet. Use of a good non-restrictive screen-type filter between the tank and pump will protect the pump from dirt and contaminants from the tank and will also avoid a fuel restriction or pressure drop at this point.
