This was not the easiest part I have ever installed in my 2000 T-10 Blazer. It might be easier for someone with a 2wd or a full-size truck, but space was very limited on my application. If you have access to a lift use it! Probably took 2 hours; may be faster for someone who's done it before. Did notice substantially firmer 1-2 shifts. 2-3 slightly firmer too. Now that it's installed I'm glad I bought it, but it's something I'd rather not install again!!!
