This brace kit reduces the tendency of hood bending in front of the hinge on 1973-1980 light trucks. Constructed from heavy, zinc-plated 15-gauge steel, this two-piece kit attaches beneath each hinge, extending forward. Each kit contains two braces and mounting hardware.
