Review for: Front RSX Self-Adjusting Shock
From OC, CA. Reviewer: peter a escobedo   Own this product - Yes
I am riding on 20s which are wider than stock. Half a year later my tires would rub the well when cutting the wheel. Then when Id hit a bump I would flop all over. Decided replace the shocks and it really made an improvement. Took a few days for them to adjust and now I can lay into the turns. Sears wanted $195 just for the front. Good product, good price and I received them in 2 days after I ordered. FYI I read that they are compared to the Monroe Reflex which are little cheaper and Monroe is the owner of Rancho.

Review for: Front RSX Self-Adjusting Shock
From Baldwin, MD Reviewer: From A Customer   Own this product - Yes
Shock is of heavy duty construction and comes with all hardware including polyurethane bushings. As easy to install on the front as OEM. With a snow plow on the front the ride is perfect. Without the snow plow a bit of a pogo.

These beat stock shocks. These shocks are mello, but on a bad highway these shocks are murder, but in town or on a gravel road they are great.

Vehicle: 2004 DODGE Durango
My used 2004 Durango had an annoying sway when going through dips. After reading other reviews, I ordered the front shocks. They help so much that I have ordered the rear replacements. These shocks have a larger diameter than the stock shocks, but they bolt right in.

Review for: Rear RSX Self-Adjusting Shock
From hamilton ohio Reviewer: From A Customer   Own this product - Yes
i received my rsx rancho shocks in a timely fashion. had them installed on my 2002 durango after doing a t/s lift and they do a great job. my durango rides better even after cranking the torsion bars up with the rancho shocks then it did at stock height with the factory shocks. They are great shocks and i would recomend them.

Vehicle: 2004 DODGE Durango
I recently installed a complete set of the Rancho RSXs on my 2005 Durango in an effort to improve a wallow in the suspension. The RSXs have completely solved the problem, and have significantly improved both handling and ride quality. They are firm without being harsh. An excellent product that compares well with the Bilstein shocks I have on my other vehicles.

Vehicle: 1998 CHEVY/GMC TRUCK 1500
I bought this shock for my 98 GMC Z71. I installed the front shocks along with raising the torshion bars up, they ride a lil bit better and they dont bottom out as much when hitting a sharp bump.
4 out of 5 stars Avalanche easy install
Review for: Front RSX Self-Adjusting Shock
From Boston Reviewer: From A Customer   Own this product - Yes
I installed both front and rear Rancho RSX on my 2002 Avalanche in under 2hrs. Very easy to do (spray WD40 the day before).

The ride is noticably improved over the stock Z71 shocks installed at the factory (bilstein). I highly recommend em especially off road!

Review for: Front RSX Self-Adjusting Shock
From Raleigh, NC Reviewer: From A Customer   Own this product - Yes
Installed on a 2000 F150. The rear shocks were easy to put on; the front were not so easy. Ride improved some, especially over bumpy roads. Cornering improved a lot. They look pretty cool from behind looking underneath the truck.
5 out of 5 stars Looks like a truck, rides like a car
Review for: Rear RSX Self-Adjusting Shock
From Pocatello, Id. Reviewer: From A Customer   Own this product - Yes
My 4x4 pick-up rode like a truck. The shocks that I purchased were very easy to install. It only took about an hour, from the time I parked the vehicle to the time I test drove it. The shocks leveled out the ride and made it a pleasure to drive again. I replaced both the front and the rear shocks.
