BBK 1757 80mm High-Flow Replacement Throttle Body For Electronic Throttle Equipped Vehicles For A 1967 Volvo 544

I ordered and received my BBK Throttle Body within two business days and had it installed in a half an hours time (use the gaskets, and tighen it good). At the same time I also ordered and received a pair of JBA SS Headers for my 06 Silverado, 5.3L Crew Cab. The total install took less the four hours, and I had it running smoothly right out the gate. I did not have any problems with check engine lights, nor any prblems with an over reving engine. The trucks computer system, coupled with the Hypertech II programmer figured it out within a few starts and miles. The performance increase is amazing, I already had the K&N Air Charger, the Hypertech II Power Programmer and the Borla Cat Back exhaust system, and these two adds greatly enhanced and increased not only the deep thoaty muscle tone, but I am totaly enjoying the immediate throttle response and power through all the ranges. I am completely satisfied, and highly recommend the BBK Throttle Body to anyone who wants more power and quicker response. My engine is now breathing even more effectively and efficiently, and also a lot less restricted, which translates simply to more power with a lot more GROWL!

first off this throttle body is designed to work with a stock 5.3, if you have an intake, air flow sensor, throttle body spacer, exhaust it will not work properly. second i had to drill out my factory throttle body to get the existing housing out and when it was all said and done my truck was idling at 900 rpm and my check engine light wouldn't go off. bbk is too cheap to make a throttle body ready to go out of the box and they won't spend a little extra money and time to research and test their product correctly. i went back and forth with bbk about the situation and eventually i was issued a credit. so from this experience i lost 275.00 (new factory tb) and a huge ffnnn headache, save your money there's plenty of other products out there that actually work!!!!

At first i could not get the truck to idle but when i inserted a Gasket it sealed and no more idle issues...DO NOT LOOK FOR AFTER SALES HELP...BBK do not respond...The above will cure your idle issues for SURE

This thing seems to make my truck idle at 750 and when i come to a stop the truck tries to lunge forward when im on the brakes, like it can't idle right and it hasn't since.
