Description
The Super-Mag III system is designed for use in monster truck, tractor pulling, Bonneville vehicles, drag racing and other motorsports applications where a magneto ignition system is used. This system is an excellent choice for injected, turbocharged, supercharged or normally aspirated racing engines primarily burning gas, nitro methane or methanol/alcohol based racing fuel. The ignition system puts out 3.8-4.0 amps from the generator which results in 50-55 milliamps of spark plug current. Super-Mag III systems incorporate a locked mechanical advance only, and are available in three different screw-down type distributor caps.
