Using Mallory's time tested breakerless ignition circuit, combined with modern surface mount Thermal-Clad construction, the Mallory 50-Series distributors can drive both OEM coils and high performance coils. The YL bowl design and simple hookup allows it to fit a wide variety of engine configurations. Each distributor come with a preset, factory installed mechanical advance curve precisely calibrated for maximum performance.
