The vent covers are flimsy unlike the stock ones, so they dont stay in place very well, there is no metal clip like the stock ones and they tend to move all over. They are more of a garage ornament than anything cuz they wont stay on the truck.A waste of good money.
smooth vents......not so smooth!
I purchased the smooth vents for my 01 suburban, however; after they were painted we were unable to install them. The stock ones have a metal clip and these are plastic, with no clip. There is nothing to hold them in place. They look good, but it was a waste of money because they are in our garage not on our SUV.
