JBA 0846 Red 8mm Custom Fit Power Cables

These wires seem to be working well, but the stock fit for this engine is 180* cap for the #1 and #6 wires and 90* caps for the rest, this wire set came with only one (1) 180* cap for the #1 wire and a 90*cap for the #2-#6 wires. It worked for now, but will probably burn off if I dont change it, I havent had a chance to let JBA or Performance Center know until now.

hard to put in ...but thats because of my motor, they look great and gas milage was diffrent..highly recommended

These wires are a must have if you install JBA's headers on your 4.3 s10 i found out the hard way and left the stock wires in and the header pipes collect on the passenger side right by cylinder #6 the pipes burned right through the wire because the stock wire has a strait connector the wire in this kit has a 90 degree connector allowing proper clearance one more note THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK WITH A STOCK EXAUST MANIFOLD

Even if you are a chevy tech, these are still considered a pain to do. But I think that they are well worth it. Ran these cables with denso uridium 2degree colder plugs, runs great, plenty of spark.

I purchased the wires hoping to compliment the JBA headers i already installed on my 2000 S-10 BLAZER. I'm very impressed with the trottle response now that i put these wires on in place of stock.

The wires were installed on a 2000 GMC Jimmy 4.3 V-6. This is a VERY tight job, no space to work in. I would like to meet the GM engineer who designed the wire loom clips, they are difficult to open and I finally had to cut the old wires to get them out. The new wires were numbered and came with dialectric grease. Everything was fine except that the stock plugwire on No. 6 cylinder has a long straight boot on it to clear the exhaust manifold and the new set came with a 90 degree boot. I had to make a custom wire for this cylinder. It may be that these wires are designed to fit with headers...

Good product because they are a little cheaper than the 7mm stock ones. Good buy!

I bought this product hopeing the it would be a quik little bolt on but that wasnt the case. first off the wiring wasnt the had part it was the getting the dam wire harnesses off. but once i finally got them off. it was a breeze a little nukkle busting but not to bad... i felt a little gain in hp and toq. gain thxs, Dan

I put these on my 02 zr2 and noticed that the engine ran smoother and was a slight power gain and quicker throttle response, great product for the money.
