Installation
This muffler is intended for use on vehicles such as Chevy/GMC 3500 series trucks with the 6.0L and 8.1L engines. Fabrication will be required. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have this part installed. Please be extra careful when selecting your muffler and pay special attention to the configuration and dimensions of each muffler. If you are not sure which muffler is right for your application we encourage you to contact your local muffler shop. There are NO RETURNS on mufflers! Description
Flowmaster offers the latest addition to the Big Block line of performance truck and SUV mufflers specifically designed to fit as a replacement item for 2001-2002 Chevy/GMC 3500 series equipped trucks. This muffler is designed with Flowmaster's 5inch X 12inch case with a 22inch case length and incorporates a 3 1/2inch internal design for improved flow characteristics in heavy duty towing applications. It is ideally suited for 3/4 ton and 1 ton Heavy Duty tow vehicles such as the GM Heavy Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0L and 8.1L engines.
