Air Lift has been designing and building air spring suspensions since 1950 and Air Lift's years of experience have made them experts in improving your vehicle ride, safety, handling and load hauling. Lowering a truck typically reduces suspension travel and load carrying ability. Adding Air Lift's SlamAir helper spring system solves these problems economically! SlamAir Series supplement the lowered truck's leaf springs to provide adjutsable spring rate for ride comfort, safety and variable loads. Add a driver-controlled compressor system and raise the rear on the fly for speed bumps or sloped driveways or anything else that may get in your way. Air Lift's SlamAir Series is available for most trucks with a 2-inch to a 6-inch drop, including trucks with flipped axles and notched frames.

I installed this on my 2001 standard cab Silverado. It has helped me from bottoming out. Even with the alignment tool its is still hard to align. Over all I would recommend

This kit did what it said and was fairly easy to install. It really firmed up the back of the truck and helped with body roll.
